1. Return Policy

– Equipment Returns: All rented equipment must be returned on the last day of the rental period or as otherwise agreed. Returns should be made during our business hours to our location in Denham, Western Australia.

– Condition of Equipment: Equipment must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented out, barring normal wear and tear. You are responsible for any damage or excessive wear and will be charged accordingly.

2. Late Returns

– Late Fees: Late returns will incur a charge. This fee will be equivalent to 50% of the daily rental rate for each day the equipment is late.

– Notification: If you anticipate a late return, please contact us as soon as possible to minimize additional charges.

3. Refund Policy

– Cancellation: You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of your rental period. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the rental period will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

– No Shows: No refunds will be issued for no shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period begins.

4. Equipment Issues

– Faulty Equipment: In the unlikely event that the equipment is faulty or not as described, please notify us immediately. We will endeavor to replace the item if available, or offer a full refund or a discount if a replacement is not possible.

– Quality Guarantee: We guarantee that all equipment will be in good working condition at the start of the rental period.

5. Refunds Process

– Initiating a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact us with your booking details and the reason for the refund request.

– Processing Refunds: Refunds are processed using the original method of payment within 7 business days of the refund approval.

– Refund Confirmation: You will receive confirmation via email once your refund has been processed.

6. Exceptions

– Special Circumstances: In certain cases, such as severe weather conditions or other exceptional circumstances, we may offer additional flexibility in our cancellation and refund policies. These exceptions will be determined at our discretion.
